Chocolate Mousse is one of the lightest ways to eat chocolate. The reason I like this particular recipe is because of it's ease, the raspberry sauce topping, and I've seen some recipes that use egg whites and I'd rather not deal with raw eggs. I have made this many times, and it's been a hit every time. To give it a fresher feeling, I also like to top it with fresh raspberries.
